Ann Ladesca Smith

In 1956 she married the love of her life, Robert D. Smith. Together they had six children. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church and the VFW Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, and ceramics, and she was an avid reader.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and her siblings, Barbara Wygant, Robert McKinney, and David McKinney. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Stephen Smith, Marianne (Chuck) Fulger, Daniel (Ken) Smith, David (Carrie) Smith, Douglas (Ruth) Smith, and Eric (Tami) Smith; grandchildren, Christopher (Andrea) Fulger, Mark (Laksmi) Fulger, Amber (Josh) Klein, Nathan (Chanae) Smith, Benjamin Smith, Zachary (Kay) Smith, Daphne Smith, Joshua (Kelsea) Smith, and Christian (Samantha) Smith.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Friday, August 11, 2023 at St. James Catholic Church, 1010 S Lansing St, Mason with visitation from 10:00 am until the time of Mass. The Rite of Committal will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 pm Thursday at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes Ball Dunn Chapel with the Rosary prayed at 7:00pm.
