Richard B. Miller

Richard was a builder and dry wall finisher for over 50 years. He loved seeing his grandchildren coming to visit, going hunting, working in the garden, enjoying the rose garden, making pieces of furniture, and keeping everything in tip-top shape. He would make many phone calls to family and friends making sure everyone was doing okay.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Ella Jane Miller, two sons Richard B. Miller II “Dicky”, Kent William Miller (Melody), also three grandchildren, Tear, Jason (Katie), Sara (Richie). Six great grandchildren, Brandon, Alyssa (Kyle), Valencia, Zane (Carly), Grace and Breanna. Two great great grandchildren, Winnie and Zaire. He is also Survived by one brother, Harold Miller, one sister, Barbara Allman, and many nieces and nephews, a dog, Duke.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Doc, Bud, McKee, and Russell Miller. Three sisters Agnes Duvall, Ellen Coffinberger, Geraldine Gent.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 24, 2024. A graveside service will be held the following morning, Friday, October 25, 2024, at 11:00 AM with Reverend Mary L. Howard and Reverend David Miller officiating.
