Beloved wife and best friend of the late Edgar Joseph “Eddie” Lemoine for 56 years. She was the proud mother of Danny Lemoine (Theresa) of Waggaman and Bubba Lemoine (Leigh) of Winter Garden, Fla. Loving grandmother of Heather Dobkins (Rich), Tori Adan (Anthony), Brooke McCoy (Logan), Nicholas Roson (Ariel), and Joshua Roson. Great-grandmother of Aidan, Rainhardt, Aliza, Emberly, Aurora, and Nico. She was the daughter of late Brian and Ruby Carter, and sister of Ernestine Arnett, Paris Carter, and Douglas Carter. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Waggaman.
