Raymond "Ray" Edward Faucheaux, Jr. passed away on November 27, 2024 at the age of 73. He was born on February 2, 1951 to the late Raymond Faucheaux, Sr. and Elaine Adam Faucheaux. Devoted partner of Sheila Faucheaux. Loving father of Gian Nicolosi, Jason Faucheaux (Bridget), Raymond Funck, Rachael Morvant (Louis, Jr) and Adam Faucheaux (Rachel). Proud grandfather of Dawson, Hunter, Kiley, Louis, III, Raelyn and Isabella. Brother of Kevin Faucheaux and Vanessa Demoe. Ray is also survived by Terryann McLendon, many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Ray was a hardworking man. He worked as an electrician for the LADOTD until his retirement in 2011. He was a member of IBEW Local 130. Ray loved being on the bayou, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed collecting silver coins, watching the Saints and LSU football games, cooking and boiling seafood but most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Ray was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
A private memorial will be held for Ray at a later date.
