Penny Lynn Plaisance passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 surrounded by her family at the age of 63. Penny was outgoing, lovable, and friendly. She loved to walk in the park, horses, music, and spending time with her family and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Gerard and Dolores Plaisance. She will be missed dearly by her sons Charles Plaisance and Richard Sheppard. Grandmother of Charles Dupre, Charley Plaisance, Dustin, and Jasmine. Sister of Jay, Scott, the late Goldie, the late Mack, and the late Kevin. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends.
