Paul Leslie Marchadie

Paul Leslie Marchadie went home to be with the Lord on May 4, 2014. He was born on June 21, 1957 in New Orleans, LA to the late Mrs. Cleo Carrol Marchadie (Matthews) and Mr. James H. Marchadie, Sr. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior in 1970 at St. Paul Liberty Baptist Church, New Orleans, LA. He was the beloved and adoring brother of Diane Pinbo, Carl “Neno” Manale , Eric Peter Manale, Sr. (Tanya) and the late James H. Marchadie, Jr. and Joy Banner. He loved his nieces and nephews, Brittany Brignac (his baby girl)(Darryl), Da’nyriah Adams, Eric “Duke” Manale, Jr., Antoine Evans, Colby Brignac, Saniya Manale, Jasmine Duckworth, Felix Alphonso, Wendy Banner, Hedi Banner, George Banner and Toby Banner.

A special thanks and appreciation to Geraldine Hall, who gave of herself countless hours of love and affection as any mother and friend would. He leaves to mourn his passing away friends, neighbors and co-workers. Paul was a member of the Greater Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church.

Paul enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing, and enjoyed being with his fellow co-workers.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Visitation from 10:00 am until funeral time. Interment in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Avondale, LA
