Martha Lenora Rogers

Martha Lenora Rogers was called to Heaven by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, February 8, 2015 after a prolonged battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her sister, Carla Rogers Parr and Brother-in-Law Steven Parr. Martha is survived by her special nephew, Geoffrey Charles Rodriguez and also many loving cousins, extended family and friends. Martha was preceded in death by her parents, J. Norman Rogers and Edna Perrin Rogers. Her paternal grandparents were Clabert Rogers and Marie Richoux Rogers. Her maternal grandparents were John T. Perrin and Lenora Dufrene Perrin.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy., Marrero, LA on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Visitation on Friday, February 13, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Saturday, February 14, 2015 from 9:00 AM until Funeral time. Interment following in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Gretna, LA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home, P. O. Box 4196, Monroe, Louisiana 71211-4196.
