Glenn Paul Brathbury Sr.

He was the beloved husband of Bridget Brathbury for over 30 years; father of Lisa Creppel (Greg), Glenn Brathbury Jr. (Tammy), Tess Breaux, Sandy Breaux Hilton, and Wayne Breaux Jr.; grandfather of 10; great grandfather of 8, with 2 more on the way; son of the late Albin Brathbury and Melba Brathbury; brother of Mary Irene St. Ann, as well as the late Charles Brathbury, and Robert Brathbury. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.

He retired from John W. Stone as a tugboat captain after 32 years. He was a loving husband, a wonderful father, and an incredible grandfather and great grandfather. He loved collecting hats from his travels. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Cletus. He took regular trips with his friends to do breakfast and play cards. He loved spending time with his family, playing cards, watching football, and eating.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, on Monday, November 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM.
