Edward Mark Mixon passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the age of 71. He was the son of the late David and Louise Mixon; father of Edward “Eddie” Mixon Jr., Charles “Chucky” Mixon, and Glen David Mixon; brother of Chermaine Mixon Viverette, as well as the late Ivo Mixon, David Mixon, Marlene Mixon Kinchen, and Rosemary Mixon Wigle; grandfather of Lidsey Mixon, Christopher Roberts, Andrew Tircuit, and Asia Tircuit. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was a kind hearted and giving man, who regularly gave of what he had to help those around him. He was also a lover of animals, especially his dogs, though any animal that would come home with him was going to be cherished. There is a little less kindness and happiness on this Earth since he is gone.
