Anita "Elsie" Mary Wingerter Alexander, age 92, of Harvey, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Elsie was born March 19, 1929 to the late Sylvester and Marguerite Abbott Wingerter. Wife of the late James Alexander for over 30 years. Sister of Marguerite W. Desselle, Verna K. Miles, Roland Wingerter, and the late William Wingerter, Marvin Wingerter, Sylvester Wingerter, Jr., and Sylvia Parr. Sister in law of Robert L. Desselle (Olga), Marsha Wingerter, Margaret Wingerter, and the late William Parr, and George Miles. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Ms. Elsie will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, February 1st, 2022 at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Gretna, Louisiana.
