Ruby I Threet, age 92, of Marietta, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Ruby was married to the late Garail Threet for over 50 years.
Ruby was a kind and loving person; she never met a stranger. Ruby had a sharp wit and had overflowing love for her family and friends. Ruby is now at peace, free from pain and sickness, together again with the love of her life, Garail.
Ruby is survived by her three children: Carol Pilgrim, Frances Knox and John Threet. She is also survived by seven Grandchildren as well as several Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 3:30 pm in the Chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Reverend Fred Knox officiating. Interment will follow the service in the cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2:30 until the time of the service at 3:30.
