Mrs. Mildred Leona Parish (Granny), age 94 of Dallas, GA, passed peacefully on February 7th, 2022 at Wellstar Tranquility. Mrs. Parish was born on June 16, 1927to her loving parents Julius and Cassie Moore McFall. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Parish; her parents, Julius and Cassie; her sister, Catherine Lyle; and her brothers, J.C., James, Bennie, and Ray Mcfall. Mrs. Parish was also a long-time member of New Life Baptist Church in Dallas, GA.
Mrs. Parish is survived by her three sons, Horace (Sherry) Parish, Wayne Parish and Larry (Debbie) Parish; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 10th at 2:00 P.M. at Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Vermon Parmer officiating. The family will receive friends on the day of the funeral service between 12 & 2. Interment will be following the service at New Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery in Dallas.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Grandsons; Jeffrey, Jonathan, Jason, Josh, & Jeremy Parish, Nephew; Rodney McFall, and honorary pallbearer and dear friend; Richard Peacock.
