Mary Posey Buckland

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 17, 2024 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Shepherd officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery, 1306 Whitlock Avenue NW, Marietta, GA. Mary was a member of South River Church of God. She loved God and her church. She also enjoyed playing Bingo. Mary was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was especially proud of her children. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Buckland; parents, Sam and Matilda (Riley) McNeil. She is survived by her daughters, Judy Hanks McClellan and Betty Harrison Johnson; sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Hazel Harrison, Mark and Loretta Buckland, Jack and Pam Buckland; grandchildren, Lacey Johnson, Brooke Blount, Lacey Wilson, Dickie Harrison, Bessie Figguroa, MaryAnn Buckland, Jackmark Buckland, Mark Buckland, Sonya Sheperd, Loretta Davis, Bridget Pierce, Willy Buckland, and Michael Buckland; great grandchildren, Kane and Kruz Johnson and 45 more; many great-great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Naylor and Stella McNeil; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 670 Tom Brewer Road, Loganville, GA 30052. 770-466-1544.
