Joshua Brent Hilburn, age 39, of Marietta, Georgia passed away on July 12, 2019. He was born in 1980, in Marietta, to Spencer and Linda Hilburn. Joshua owned a landscaping business. As a young man, he excelled at baseball and had the potential to go pro. In his spare time, he enjoyed Atlanta Braves baseball and loved playing golf. He had a keen spirit of adventure, like when he conquered his fear of flying by skydiving! Joshua also had a spirit of helpfulness. He made time in his schedule to help those who needed help. He loved his animals and wanted to help strays and outcasts find homes. He was a loving husband, son, brother and friend.
Joshua is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Hilburn; and paternal grandparents, Herb & Inez Hilburn and maternal grandparents, Harry & Marilyn Benson. He is survived by his loving wife, Ashley Burre Hilburn; father, Spencer Hilburn; brother, Spencer Hilburn; nephew, Quint Hilburn; and a host of loved ones, family and friends.
