Barbara Barton Knight, age 92, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on January 10, 2022. She was born in 1929 to John Quincy and Mary Barton. She grew up and graduated from Hapeville High School. She was an associate in the Credit Department at Rich’s Department Store for a number of years. In her spare time, Barbara loved time with her family and her church participation. Barbara is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years Wilson Knight. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie & Gary Glass, One sister, Joan Cummings, Two grandchildren, Adam & wife Beth, Maggie Jorgensen & husband Erik and one great granddaughter, Addy Glass. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the Mt. Zion Methodist Church Cemetery, 2840 Metropolitan Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30315.
