She was born on 11/10/45 to the late Margaret and Martin Amundson of Meriden, CT.
When she married, she and her late husband David of 57 years, moved to Sag Harbor, they had two children. She loved to travel and being on the boat. She also completed her degree in interior design later in life.
In the 90’s she and David moved to Marco Island.
Joyce was longtime resident of Marco Island, was a starting member of the Seagals and loved to plan and decorate the events for the club. In addition, she was very involved in the Marco Island Lutheran Church for well over 40 years.
She is survived by her son Tom, daughter-in-law Julie, daughter Michelle and two grandchildren, Grace & Zach.
A ceremony will be held at the Marco Island Cemetery on 3/28/25 at 12:00.
