Lothar Neal Bielefeld

Neal grew up in San Antonio and met Constance Maria McNally at Harlandale High School. After graduation, he married Connie July 19, 1953.

Neal worked as an automobile mechanic, a successful used car salesman, and school bus driver in San Antonio. In 1999 he and Connie retired and moved to the house they had built in the Texas Hill Country. Connie and Neal enjoyed dancing, fishing, boating, skiing and traveling. Neal kept busy with building projects, maintaining the yard, and gardening.

Neal and Connie were loving parents and warm hosts, receiving friends and relatives in their lake home, and devoted to each other. Neal passed away September 25, 2024. Neal was preceded in death by his parents, Ewald and Bertha Bielefeld, his brother John, and survived by his wife Connie, his children Brenda (Craig), Pam, and Troy (Andrea), seven grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren. He was known and beloved for his work ethic, his friendly personality, his integrity and his love for family.

A graveside service for Neal will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park, Park Rd 4, Burnet, Texas 78611.
