Joan aka Mrs. Peaches Salazar was born in San Antonio, Texas to Teodoro Llanas and Dolores Garcia on October 26, 1960 and went home to be with the lord on November 30, 2023.
Joan moved to the hill country where she met her husband Raymond Salazar. Together they have six children, Victor C. Salazar, Raven L. Bernal, Veronica A. Salazar, Laura M. Amezquita, Aleigha M. Salazar and Arnulfo E. Salazar.
Joan’s greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandkids and great grandkids. She loved to spend time with them. She was definitely the life of the party with a one of a kind personality. She was known as the coolest grandma and definitely the coolest Tia in the family.
She is preceded in death by her father, mother, and brother Arnulfo Llanas , son Joey Llanas and grandson Raymond S. Amezquita. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Salazar, 6 children, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, her brothers Teodoro Llanas and Rodolfo Llanas and her sisters Jaunita Ritz and Diana Llanas and numerous nephews and nieces.
We will always have the great crazy loving memories of Joansie forever in our hearts.
She will greatly be missed.
The family will gather at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, and then proceed to the cemetery.
