Bill was a 1979 graduate of Pueblo East High School, and attended Colorado State University of Pueblo. Bill made Ohio his home in 1983, where he established with his business partner, Mark Allen, the Auto Clinic. He was a mechanic by trade. He had a love for traveling and enjoyed trips to Graceland and an extensive European cruise just last year. He was an avid shopper and would spend much time on EBay and Amazon looking for good buys. Bill joined the Livestrong program at the Mansfield YMCA in 2015 when he was diagnosed with stage four prostate cancer. His prognosis was grim, but Bill was determined to beat the odds. He was an inspiration to others, he never spoke a negative word but strived to build others up. He gave others hope, encouragement and provided strength for them, making Bill a favorite to many employees and other members at the YMCA. He fought his battle with courage and determination, never allowing it to get him down.
Bill leaves behind his siblings, Larry (Beth) Teem, Scott (Jan) Rogers, Sherry Teem, Daniel (Cheri) Rogers, Gordon (Kathy) Rogers, Lynette Phillips, and Ronney (Sheryl Salazar) Teem; nieces and nephews, Lloyd, Sarah, Brian, Jason, Holly, Justin, Candace, Jordan, Cayla, Joseph, Karen, Rebekah, Joshua, Chantelle, Chavon, and Cheyenne; former sister-in-law, Ruthann Teem; many close friends including, Mark Allen, Chris and Trisha Allen, Shirley Fort, Kim Jacot, Troy and Joy McNair, and Deb; and a cousin, Cindy Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carol and Jack Teem and James and Kathy Rogers; and a brother, Kelly Teem.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mansfield YMCA, 750 Scholl Road, honoring Bill's life on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Bill was a very generous man, and he had a love for the Mansfield YMCA the family recommends that memorial contributions be made to the Mansfield YMCA. Wappner Cremation Center is honored to serve the family.
