Terry Jean Roberts

Terry Jean Roberts, 61, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024, at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born January 23, 1963, in Mansfield to Daniel and Cynthia Ferguson. Terry spent the past 40 years of her life in Mansfield as well. She was funny and full of life. She saw beauty in everything and loved nature. She was always singing or humming. Terry enjoyed going for rides in the country. She liked to spend time in nature, camping, and collecting rocks. She also enjoyed shopping and baking Christmas cookies. She loved her 17-year-old dog, Mimi.

Terry is survived by her mother, Cynthia Wheatcraft; two daughters, Senica (Ryan Dudte) Bricker and Geneva Cline; three sons, Tommie Tolliver, James Ferguson, and Destry (Taffy) Ferguson; seventeen grandchildren, Destiny, Brandon, Kaylen, Dakota, Katey, Chloe, Aiden, Marley, Savannah, Brayson, Tayler, Leo, Leland, Alex, Noah, Brent, and Preston; seven great-grandchildren, Serenity, Silas, Kingston, Kingsley, Memphys, Raelynn, and Oakley; one sister, Tina LeClair; two brothers, Chuck Ferguson and Billy Hooper; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Ferguson and her husband, Roger Roberts.

Friends are welcome to join the family for Visitation from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 98 South Diamond Street, Mansfield. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM with Pastor Charles Robinson officiating. Terry will be laid to rest at Oakland Cemetery in Shelby. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
