I'm sorry to hear of Sam's passing.  It's quite the shock.  I knew Sam many years ago. I met some of the family one time when I was in town.  He was a fun guy and will be missed greatly.  I've been gone for several years and im back in Wooster.  I'm sorry many thoughts and prayers. 

I'm so sorry for your families loss. I only met Sami one time. But he left a lasting impression. He was working at Big Lots several years back. I was looking for a particular Christmas decoration. He was determined he was going to find it for me. It was a light up gingerbread man. I remember thinking how helpful, kind and handsome he was.  Beautiful eyes that sparkled when he smiled. I will think of Sami everytime I get this decoration out. He was very busy with the Christmas rush, yet took the time to help me. He impressed me with just the one time meeting him. Sincerely

My heart goes out to the Ramirez family and all of his very dear friends. He was one of my team mates in pool league for many a year. He will be missed, but always remembered as a friend you could count on, and have a good laugh with. Until we meet again Sam, just keep practicing.

Sam was a vital part of the Mansfield community. He created a safe space, Sami's Bar, for the LGBTQ+ community. I attended many dance nights, drag shows and celebrated Pride with friends and neighbors over drinks at Sami's. He welcomed my food truck to his parking lot whenever I asked, providing electric (not all venues offer this, or offer for free) always ushering people toward the truck to get food.  I have heard from friends and family the incredibly generous and impactful life that Sam led. Thank you Sam, your legacy lives on in the hearts of all of us who knew you. Sending much love to his friends and family.

I've known Sam for nearly 40 years.  He's always been a good friend to me. Since the death of my husband, I haven't had alot of people I could trust Sam with anything I had to say.  He was my go-to guy for Pool League. The world is a little darker now that Sam's bright smile is gone.  I will miss you, my friend.  Sam's family and loved ones are in my prayers. God protect you and give you peace.

Sami will forever be in my heart and on my mind. One of the kindest, most warm-hearted individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting and being friends with. He was and will continue to be a huge inspiration to many. You did all you could, baby. You stayed strong and fought til there wasn't any choice left. Heartfelt sympathy to the family. He is with his cousin Nate Jr now laughing, playing pool, and sharing memories. Sam always had a smile and was hungry when he was at my house. I sent him leftovers and we all shared some good visits. Good memories will sustain you, time will heal the immense loss you feel right now. May the Good Lord keep you in His care.

My cousin Sam was the first person to give me a job at B.K. where he was a manager. I also watched him play many of pool tournaments throughout the years. A very private and difficult time in my life, Sam was there. He showed up without me asking he was kind and supportive. He was a genuine and good hearted person and I know he’s resting in the arms of the Lord.

My condolences to the family my grandson Trayon Williams said he was a great guy and he is deeply saddened by his passing. Praying that God will bless and strengthen the family that remain

I didn't know Sami personally but I've been to Sami's bar and truly enjoyed myself I'm so sorry for the family and all the many friend's loss we all know he's in a far better place and we'll all see him again.
