Norma L. Randall, 86, of Mansfield, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. Born September 22, 1930 in Mansfield, the daughter of Ophinell Davis, Sr. and Annie Lee (Robinson) Davis.
Norma was a lifelong resident of Mansfield and had taught at Headstart in the 1960's. She had also worked at Therm-O-Disc and Rosemont Nursing Home. She had a diploma in Christian Education and was a licensed Evangelist, attending Mount Calvary Baptist Church. Norma was a great cook and she loved watching cooking shows.
She is survived by four children, Charles Davis, Kim (Loman) Fordham, Kay (Theodore) Harris and Rosalie (Tyrone) Thomas; eleven grandchildren, Brandy Gray, Tracy Gray, William Randall, Stacy Randall, Ty Thomas, Jr., Brett Thomas, Angela Thomas, Alexus Thomas, Melissa Davis, Theo Harris, Jr. and Alicia Harris; several great grandchildren; a brother, Ophinell (Mildred) Davis, Jr.; and two sisters, Audrey Lindsay and Larissa Davis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Loretta Fulgrum.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 South Diamond Street, Mansfield conducted by Rev. John Bessick. Friends may call one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
