Born July 12, 1958 in Mansfield, Ohio, Donny was the son of Dorthea Bayne and Donald Cole Sr. He was one of four siblings, Robert, Patt Lynn, and Vicki. He was a great son, brother, father, grandfather and beloved friend.
Donny spent many years working at U-Brand Corporation in the casting department. While at U-Brand, he received many accolades for his hard work and dedication and forged many lifelong friendships.
One of his many passions was riding and working on his motorcycles. He love to spend time on two wheels. That freedom of riding never ended, he continued that passion to ride even as he transitioned to his four-wheeler later in life. If he wasn’t spending time on the road, you could find him tinkering, working, or rebuilding one of his project trucks or jeeps. He loved to be outside spending time with his friends and family. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
Donny leaves behind his four children: Brian (Melissa) Cline, Derrick Cole, Jennifer (Eric) Cline, and Krista Cole. Fourteen grandchildren: Kassandra, Elizabeth, Destany, Alex, Gabrial, Krystian, Anthony, Eugene, Kiara, Ashton, Hunter, Briar, Hezekiah, and Azalea. Four great-grandchildren: Trevor, Delaney, Cade, and Archer. His sister Vicki (Mike) Skidmore and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorthea Bayne and Donald Cole Sr.; brothers Robert Cole and Patt Lynn Cole.
A graveside service will be held at Mansfield Memorial Park on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 10:00AM.
