Peter A. Schwake

Peter Albert Schwake, 73, of Manchester, NJ, passed away November 7, 2012 at the Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ. Born in Hanover, Germany, Peter lived in Wayne for 37 years before moving to Manchester in December of 2000. He served in the National Guard for eight years. Peter worked as VP/General Manager for several New Jersey companies such as ACME Tire Hardware, Coilhose Pneumatics and completed his career as a Consultant for Nycoil.

Peter is survived by his devoted wife of 52 years, Diane (nee Basileo) Schwake, his children Linda Schwake of Maryland, Peter Schwake of Metuchen, NJ and Steven Schwake of Manchester, NJ, his sister Petra Blau of Hawthorne, nieces Lisa and Kristine, grandchildren, the late Kimberly and the late Amanda, Toby, Sara, Dana, Steven, Jr. and Andrew and his great granddaughter Lindsey.

Family and friends are invited to the Visitation at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759, on Saturday November 17, from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm, including a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Peter's memory to the Victims of Hurrican Sandy, c/o Faith Baptist Church, 1528 Route 9, Toms River, NJ 08755.
