John J. Palladino, 79, of Whiting, NJ, passed away on Monday July 11, 2022, at his home, with Geraldine “Gerri” Seal, his partner of over 20 years, by his side and holding his hand. Born in Teaneck, NJ, John grew up in Fairview and lived in Ronkonkoma, NY, before residing in Whiting in 1998.
John had many occupations, from working in a hospital as a CNA, a truck driver, and he was a set printer for a NY newspaper in NYC, and lastly, as a funeral assistant for Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home in Manchester, NJ. John enjoyed time shooting at the firing range, collecting coins and stamps, his yard work and especially spending time with his family.
John was predeceased by his wife Marie Palladino, his parents, John D. and Lisa Palladino, and his brother Ray Palladino. He is survived by his daughter Lucann Conyers and her husband Anthony, and her brothers, Solomon and Joe Perillo, his grandchildren; Joey Palladino, Jazmine Palladino, Jahneva Conyers, Anthony “Pop-Eye” Conyers, II, and Gabby Hagan, and his great grandson Armani E. Palladino and great granddaughter, Payten Rogers-Gunther and Caison “Mushy” Howland.
A celebration of John’s life will be held on Saturday July 30, 2022, from 5-8 pm, at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759.
