John A. Arbeeny, 84 of Manchester, passed away on Wednesday June 5, 2013, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he lived in Clark for 40 years before moving to Renaissance in Manchester, 10 years ago. John was a Veteran of the United State Army. He worked as a Stock Broker/Trader for over 40 years on Wall Street. John enjoyed fishing and crabbing and his trips to Atlantic City, but most of all he enjoyed his time spent with his family.
John is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years Catherine (Renee) Arbeeny, his loving children Diane A. Decker and her husband Frank, the late Kenneth John Arbeeny, Kathryn Fiocco and her husband Richard, and their children Gianna, Christina, Nina and Maria; John K. Arbeeny and his wife Elisa and their children Evan, Emma and Lia Arbeeny; and Robert Arbeeny and his wife Grace and their daughter Alexandra, his brother Albert Arbeeny and his wife Mary, and his sister Edith Nanney and her husband Harry.
Visitation will be held on Sunday June 9, 2013, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 10:30 am at Saint Luke’s R.C. Church, 1674 Old Freehold Rd., Toms River, NJ 08755, with interment to follow at St. Gertrude’s Cemetery, 53 Inman Ave., Colonia, NJ 07067.
