Dennis John Salerno

Dennis John Salerno, age 83, of Manchester Township, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023. Dennis was born and raised in Paterson, NJ. He lived in Elmwood Park for several years, then to Las Vegas for a year, then to Elmwood Park again before moving to Manchester Twp. 10 years ago. Dennis worked as an engineer for Kearfott Co., in Paterson, NJ, which manufactured aircraft parts. Dennis enjoyed going to Atlantic City and the Copacabana, in NYC. He loved going out and made friends everywhere he went. But what Dennis loved most of all was spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dennis was predeceased by his son Dean. He survived by his devoted wife of 65 years, Josephine Eloise Salerno, his daughters; Denise Stottlemyer and Donna DeMuth, his loving grandchildren; Nicholas Stottlemyer, Christina Wiggins and Adam DeMuth, and his cherished great grandchildren; Duncan Jesse "DJ" Flynn, Emily Flynn and Michaela Flynn.

A memorial gathering for Dennis will be held Friday, November 10, 2023, from 5 - 7 pm at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759.
