Arthur C. Kimball Sr.

Born on October 31, 1935, he was the son of the late Wilbur and Frances (Shedd) Kimball. Raised in New Hampshire, Arthur attended the Manchester Public School system and went on to serve for the Navy from 1955-1957. Arthur was employed for the City of Manchester for 30 years and held many honorable positions, working for the house of corrections and serving as a Guard in the Police Auxiliary.

Arthur was a kind-hearted man and always willing to help others. As a token of civic recognition and gratitude, he was given a key to the city upon retirement. Arthur loved to tell jokes and loved trying new restaurants.

Arthur is survived by his son, Arthur Kimball Jr. and many loving family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Gertrude Kimball.

A committal and inurnment will take place on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd, Manchester, NH 03102. Committal will be held in the Mausoleum.
