Robert, an Army Veteran, was a rural mail carrier for the US Postal Service in Lanoka Harbor, NJ and formerly a foreman for Ritz-Craft mobile homes in Elysburg, PA.
Surviving is his beloved wife of 65 years, Jean A. Hydera Thomas. Robert, was the loving father of Alexis,(Raymond) Bunt, Jr. and Denise and (Scott )Johnson and the loving grandfather of Alexis, Ryan and Matthew. He is also survived by a sister, Eva Slodysko, of Shamokin and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 3rd, at 7:PM
Calling hours will be from4 PM until the time of services at the Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home 10 Hilliard Dr. Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
Burial will be Friday, July 5th, 1:PM at the Northumberland Memorial Park, Rt. 61 , Sunbury, PA 17801
