Robert M. Alberino

Robert "Bob" Alberino,76, passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 after a short illness. Bob was born and raised in Plainfield, NJ. He resided in Edison, NJ for over 20 years where he raised his children. He lived in Manahawkin, NJ for the past 25 years where he enjoyed his retirement years.

Bob is predeceased by his parents Anthony and Dorothy Alberino, his brother Ronald Alberino and his sister Beverly Dzieglewicz.

Surviving is his wife of 48 years, June, his children; Richard Alberino and his wife AnnMarie of Staten Island,NY and his daughter Christina D'Addetta and her husband Graig of Lanoka Harbor, NJ. He was also "PopPop" to his 4 loving grandsons, Nicholas and Joseph D'Addetta and Joseph and Robert "Robby" Alberino. He is also survived by his brother Anthony and his wife Rita of Palm Coast, Florida and many nieces and nephews. Bob will always be remembered for his calm and steady hand.

Visitation will be from 3:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, October 5 at the Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin, NJ. Services will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 6 at the funeral home with burial to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 283 Beachview Ave., Manahawkin, NJ
