Born June 14, 1938 Dennis was a diligent worker, who dedicated himself to working hard until he retired at the age of 78. Well-known for his passion for antiques, you could often find Dennis at the Goodwill, or perusing yard sales where he found joy searching for pieces. Above all, Dennis was a family man, who was devoted to cherishing every moment he could spend with his loved ones.
In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Gail Floyd, his siblings Joseph Lee Miller, Patricia Miller Pritchett, Ernest Lacey Miller, James Ray Miller; his children David Morgan Miller and Tammy K. Loving.
Those left to cherish Dennis’ memory include his daughter Joan Elizabeth Campbell and her husband Ernie; his siblings Kenneth Lloyd Miller, Linda Brizendine, Paul Stevenson Miller and his wife Betty, Sue Matherly and her husband Herbert, Ted Lee Miller and his wife Barbara; his 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, with one more on the way.
A visitation will be held for Dennis on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Whitten Monelison Chapel from 5-7pm. A graveside service will follow Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 11AM AT St. Luke’s Episcopal Cemetery in Pedlar Mills.
