Xuan Wei Wu, age 88, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025. A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Snow's Memorial Chapel, 1419 Bass Road, Macon, Georgia 31210 with a reception following at Teriyaki House, 4921 Riverside Drive, Macon 31210. A Celebration of his Life will be held at 10:00 AM, Sunday, March 30, 2025 at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20904 with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM. Rev. George Pelham will officiate. The interment will occur Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 12:00 PM at George Washington/Mt Lebanon Cemeteries, 9500 Riggs Road, Adelphi, Maryland 20783.
Xuan Wei was born in Taishan Guangdong, China the son of the late Yin Sun Ng and Lin Yu Ng and was preceded in death by 6 of his siblings. He was the former owner of China Inn on Eisenhower Parkway.
Xuan Wei is survived by his wife, Xiu Lan Wu; children, Anna Q. Huang (Geoff), Peter Wu (Virginia), Daniel Wu (Kelly), and Sam Wu ( Karen); 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; siblings, Xuan Da Wu and Mei Huan Lu.
Snow's Memorial Chapel, Bass Road, has charge of arrangements.
