Ragen was born in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Rachel Ham Ayer and Stanley Calvin Ayer. She was a sales clerk with the BP Store.
She is survived by her husband, Adam Ryan, two brothers, father, Stanley Calvin Ayer and her other partner, Kaylee Blocker.
