Pamela “Pam” Furse Jones, 55, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2015 surrounded by her family. A Celebration of her Life will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will greet friends on Monday, November 23, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon GA 31210.
Pam was born in Salt Lake City, UT to the late Clare and Shirley Henshaw Furse. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and volunteered with the Salvation Army. Pam worked for many years as a Client Associate with Merrill Lynch. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.
She is survived by her children; Melissa (Jeffrey) Mickelsen of Bossier City, LA, Stacy (Chad) Bailey of Americus, GA, Brian(Brittni) Jones of Macon, three grandchildren, Kacen Bailey, Bryn Mickelsen, and Colton Jones, siblings, Steve (Lynn) Furse of Canton, GA, Julie (Shannon) Allen of Antimonhy, UT and Jeffrey (Tracy) Furse of Layton, UT, and several nieces and nephews.
