Joyce Lewis Reynolds

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Baxter Hurley officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105 or donor's favorite charity.

Joyce was the daughter of the late Willie Isaac Lewis and Ethel Ford Lewis. She was a much beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was also an avid golfer and was a member of Oak Haven Golf & Country Club and was also the bookkeeper at Oak Haven for over 30 years. She was a member of the Chancel Choir at Bass United Methodist Church for over 40 years, and Ingleside United Methodist Church Chancel Choir for 6 years. She was also a member of the Brake Sundays School Class at Ingleside United Methodist Church.

She was predeceased by her loving husband of 71 years, Edgar Jack Reynolds (Jack), one son Robert Lewis Reynolds (Bob), her sister Claire Olenza Brewer and brother Tommie Rufus Lewis.

She is survived by her son, Michael E. Reynolds (Sherry) of St Petersburg, Florida, grandson, Dr. Robert Nicholas Reynolds (Laura Lynn) of St Petersburg, Florida, two great granddaughters, Elle Avery Reynolds and Audrey Emerson Reynolds of St Petersburg, Florida and her sister-in-law Milly Lewis of Macon, Georgia.
