Betty Inez Collins, age 89, of Lizella, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. A visitation for Betty will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Snow's Memorial Chapel, 1419 Bass Road, Macon, Georgia 31210. A second visitation will occur Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Gateway Fellowship Church of God, 6531 Skipper Road, Macon, GA 31216 followed by her service beginning at 11:00 AM. Rev. Jeremy Singletary will officiate with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
Betty was born in Cairo, Georgia the daughter of the late Estelle Norman Cliett and Roy Cliett and was the widow of Crawford Collins. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Rhiannon Hall and T.J. Collins. Betty was a retired secretary for Marilyn Murphy, DDS and was a member of Gateway Fellowship Church of God.
Betty is survived by her children, Debbie Dean (Wayne), Rodney Collins, Tommy Collins and Randy Collins (Krisana) all of Lizella; 5 grandchildren, Lori Dean, Jason Dean, Robert Collins, Amanda Collins, and Chelsea Collins; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; sister, Sandie Pate; several nieces and nephews.
Snow's Memorial Chapel, Bass Road, has charge of arrangements.
