Diane Schuldt

Diane R. Schuldt, 62, of Rockton IL passed away February 18, 2022. Diane was born on October 10, 1959 in Chicago IL to Rita and Frederick Krauss. She graduated from Elk Grove High school class of 1977. She went on to work for 23 years at Pentel Company in quality control, and later at Dollar Tree in Rockton. Diane had a great sense of humor, and a contagious laugh. She would dance and sing like nobody was watching. She loved everyone and had a heart of gold. Diane was a big talker and loved to have good conversations and spend quality time with those she loved. She was an animal lover, and she loved her pets including dogs and cats that passed and her beta fish: Van. Diane was an avid Chicago Bears fan, and she loved fantasy football. She listened to country music but especially liked Rock & Roll. Diane was a loving daughter, a loving sister, and a “bad-ass auntie.” She will be missed by many.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother; Rita, sister; Christine and brother in law Patrick, nieces Paige and Lauryn and great nephew Colson, as well stepdaughters Nicole and Cassie and 2 step grandsons Avory and Malachi. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends whom she loved dearly.

She is welcomed into heaven by her father; Frederick, grandparents; Beatrice and Ralph, and great grandparents; Helen and Fred, as well as her cats; Smokie and Bandit, and dogs Maxx, Jake, and Rosie.

A visitation will be held between the hours of 2pm-6pm on February 27 at Sunset Funeral Home. Located at 8800 N. Alpine Rd. Machesney Park IL 61115. A funeral will be held at 6pm following the visitation.
