Mr. David L. Mangum

David L. Mangum was born on December 7, 1951 in Baltimore, Maryland to parents George Pruitt and Eva Mangum and entered into eternal rest on January 2, 2019 at the age of 67. David never met a stranger, and he loved telling jokes. He enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. David loved his children and especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed cooking and drinking a great cup of coffee. David attended Hope Assembly in Murchison, Texas. He was an amazing man who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

David was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Tommy Smith, Terry Greer and Wayne Fry.

He is survived by his children; Shanda Forman and husband David of Murchison, Kenny Mangum of Tennessee, David Mangum and Jessica of Kemp and Meghann Hooper of San Antonio, grandchildren; Sean Jones, Dylan Houston and Makayla Jones, special friend Becky Hooper of San Antonio, other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
