Billy Wayne McNutt was born to parents Luther and Hazel McNutt on October 20, 1946. He entered into eternal rest on October 17, 2021. Billy was a devoted husband, dedicated father, adoring grandfather and a loving son and brother. He married his beautiful wife, Fern, on September 7, 1984 and they began their life’s journey together. Billy enjoyed the outdoors and spent time fishing and hunting. He was part of Bass Masters when he was younger and also a member of the Mabank Riding Club. Billy was Christian by faith and lived his life with love and kindness. Billy’s favorite pastime was spending time with his precious family and making memories with them that will now last them a lifetime. His family was his treasure in his life and he made sure they knew how much they were loved.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Luther McNutt and Hazel Bryant. He is survived by his wife, Fern McNutt; children, Katy Mote and husband Michael, Sharon Garcia and husband Eddie, Cherry Johnson and husband Jeff, Kent McNutt and wife Dorinda; as well as 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and sister, Judy Pasley.
