Mellisa Jane Babcock, age 30, of Renton, Washington passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023. She was born on January 5, 1993 in Redmond, Washington.
Mellisa was born to Suzi and Robert Babcock. She lived with her partner, Jon Fisher, for over three years, to whom she was engaged. She worked at Lowe's through Resource Plus and Cedar River Terrace, and had received education to become a nursing assistant.
Mellisa did nothing in half measure, and cared deeply about all those around her. She worked very hard to take care of the tenants in the apartment building she managed. She loved to take trips with her fiancée, particularly enjoying time in the mountains at Leavenworth.
Mellisa is to be cremated and scattered in Leavenworth in the summer with family, and there will be a Celebration of Life in late winter. Dates and locations are to be determined, and will be made available when decided.
