Born Dec 22nd 1916 in Weaton, MO. Passed away Friday Jan 15th, 2016 in Newport OR at 99 years of age. Married to George W. Epps for 69 years. They resided in Miami, OK until moving to Seattle, WA in 1941. Hazel is survived by 2 daughters Janice Epps Wilder (Raymond) of Lincoln City, OR and Marilyn Epps Noel (Jim) of Selah, WA. Also, 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. Also survived by a sister Nena Martin, Austin TX. A memorial service will be held at Purdy and Walters at Floral Hills on Saturday Feb 6th at 2pm. Flowers can be sent to PWFH and other reembraces to the United Cancer Fund or any Family Promise Homeless Charities.
