Ernesto Zamora Mapanoo

Ernesto ( Ernie) was born on August 6, 1938 in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines. He served 35 years in the Federal Government. He worked 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard and 15 years at Veteran’s Administration Hospital.

Ernesto had 3 sons; Ernest, Edgar and Eugene with his late wife Natividad. He also has one grandson Ernie Jr. and a daughter- in-law Lourdes.

Ernie and Angie met in the Philippines in 2006. At that time, Ernie had an Oral Surgery procedure in Felizardo Dental Clinic owned by Rory, Angie's best friend who is the sister of Ernie's daughter in law, Lourdes.

God has perfect time to be united as one. In October 17, 2015 they got married in the Philippines.

Ernie had 8 siblings; Narcisco Mapanoo (deceased), Avelina Paular, Nory Laguerta, Milagros Tecson, Romulo Tecson, Carmelita Dequina and Manuel Tecson,Carole Cruz,.

He is a religious man, a loving husband,a friend and a mentor. He is a good father to his children and a loving grandfather to his only grandson Ernie Jr. He is selfless and always willing to lend a helping hand.

Ernie loved cooking Filipino dishes especially Adobo. He loves dancing, singing and listening to music. His favorite singers were Frank Sinatra, Englebert Humperdinck and Tony Bennet.

Most importantly he accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior and received the free gift of salvation and eternal life.
