Carl D. Hensen

Born January 4, 1943 in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of Joan Hensen and the late Carlton and Martha (Higgins) Hensen.

Carl worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for Fisher-Price Toys of Medina and lastly, retired from Westwood Pharmaceutical of Buffalo, NY. He was a member of North Forest Rod & Gun Club of Lockport and the Hartland Conservation Club, where he will be sadly missed by his many friends.

Carl is survived by his wife of 20 years, Karol Hensen, five children, Tracey (Aaron) Albone of Lyndonville, Kevin (Karen) Hensen of Hamburg, NY, Donna Smiley, Kevin (Andrea) Pratt, all of Lockport, NY, David (Tracy) Pratt of Gasport, NY, grandchildren, Hannah and Chase Albone of Lyndonville and Brooke and Paige Hensen of Hamburg, NY, siblings, Barbara (William) Dadey and David (Mary) Hensen, all of E. Aurora, NY, Kathleen (William) Bermingham of West Falls, NY, Deborah Wybieracki of Depew, NY. He is also a great-grandfather and uncle to many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his first wife, Marsha (Wagner) Hensen.

Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 4-7 PM at the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home, 112 N. Main St. Lyndonville, NY 14098. A funeral service will be held of Friday, 11:00 Am at the Yates Baptist Church, 11365 E. Yates Center Rd. Lyndonville, NY 14098, with the Pastor, Rev. Lyell Drake officiating and burial will be in the Lynhaven Cemetery.
