Born in Lynchburg on September 21, 1961 she was a daughter of the late Louise Mason. She was a production worker at Bausch and Lomb.
She is survived by her children, Kenneth McGuire, Jr. (Michelle) of Evington and Angela “Mecha” McGuire (David) of Lynchburg; three siblings, Brenda Poore (Dennis) of Lynchburg, Robert Hailey (Lisa) and George Hailey (Janet) both of Concord; three grandchildren, Chelsea McGuire, Makenzie McGuire and Chloe McGuire.
A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Pastor Alvin Triplett officiating. Burial will follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
