Kevin Clarence Arnold

Kevin was born in Houston and attended school in Lufkin. He was a mechanic for years before he started driving trucks. He was the owner of Arnold Trucking Co. His children were his life and he was involved in all their activities. He loved his dog, Boomer. Kevin was always ready to take care of his mom, family and others at any given time - he was full of life. He enjoyed shooting guns, all sports, fishing, and working on his land. He was a big Tarheel fan, liked sitting on his porch while enjoying the outdoors. He was "Bubba" to Stephen and Ty.

Survivors include his son, Brandon Kevin Arnold of Huntington; daughters, Ashley Marie Arnold of Nacogdoches and Brittany Denise Arnold of San Marcos; mother, Addie Marie Arnold of Huntington; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marilyn and Robin LeBourgeois of Pasadena, Carolyn (his best friend) and Manuel Rodriguez of Huntington and Sheila and Mike Lantz of Sulphur, Louisiana; brother, Stephen Arnold of Huntington; beloved uncle of Corey LeBourgeois; Angie, Robert, Curtis, Mark, Breanna, Hannah and Ty; and a number of other family members. Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ethyl and Clarence Fenley; uncle, Glenn Fenley; aunt, Mary McBride; and great-nephews, Christain and Tristain Clark.

Pallbearers will be Mike Sterling (his best friend), Mark Clark, Nick Perez, Manuel Rodriguez, Corey LeBourgeois and Robin LeBourgeois.

Honorary pallbearers will be Stephen Arnold and his son, Ty Arnold.

Services for Kevin will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 1, 2011 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Ronnie Frankens officiating and Claude Welch assisting. Interment will follow in the Fielder Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at Gipson Funeral Home.
