He graduated from Levelland High School; and earned an Associate degree from
South Plains College in Levelland. He also attended Texas Tech University.
Troy married Brenda Wood December 27, 1980. He was employed by Dent Electric
for many years.
In his spare time he enjoyed reloading and target shooting
and watching war movies.
He is survived by wife Brenda; Brian Williams and wife Tina of Katy, Texas;
Eddie Williams of Lubbock, Texas; Stephanie Jackson and husband William
of Lubbock, Texas; Kristie Elliott of Milton, FL; Heather Leader and husband Jacob;
Amber Carlson and husband C.J.; Marcus Rodriguez; Amanda Williams;
Hunter Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and Christopher Morton.
Celebration of Life will be held at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2020 at
Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel.
