Martina Angelika Doris Faller

She was born on 11.11.1971 in Wiesbaden, Germany to Rudolf and Agathe Brüning née Zwick.

Martina attended St. Ursula Gymnasium Geisenheim, Germany and graduated in the class of 1991. She later studied at the Universities of Mainz and Frankfurt and after moving to the US obtained an Associate Teachers Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Saddleback College. She worked for many years as a preschool teacher for Mile Preschool in West Sacramento, CA.

Martina married Roland Faller in 2001 and had 2 children.

Martina had many friends everywhere she went. She was known for her organizational talent, her love for seasonal decorations, and her incredible talent for baking German desserts especially around Christmas time. A memorial service will be held at 11.16. 2024 at 10am at Resthaven Funeral Chapel and a Celebration of Life will be held on 12.18.2024 in West Sacramento, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a memorial donation to School Supplies for disadvantaged children. The family would also like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff at Covenant Health, the Arrington Cancer Center and Brightstar Homecare for all their hard work.

Martina was preceded in death by her father: Rudolf Erich Brüning.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother: Agathe Katharina Brüning, her spouse: Roland Faller, her brother: Michael Karl Brüning and her children: Christopher Michael Faller and Sarah Maria Faller
