Grace E. Lipps

Grace Elizabeth Lipps, 76, went to be with the Lord on September 28, 2016 surrounded by family. She was born May 20, 1940 to the late Lester and Betty Jones. She married Jimmy Lipps on April 29, 1976 in Lubbock, Texas. She passed way on September 23, 2009.

Gracie enjoyed traveling, fishing and golf trips with the love of her life, Jimmy. After the passing of Jimmy she continued to travel with friends. Her true passion was her creative art and painting. She was a member of The West Texas Water Color Society. She was an active member of St. Luke’s Methodist Church. She was very loving with her family playing the central role in her life. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish Grace’s memory are: her son Charles, and Wife Rhonda Schulz; grandchildren: Zachary Schulz, Angela Watson and husband, Brad Watson; one precious great-grandson Luke Watson, all of Lubbock; brother Gary and wife, Cynthia Jones of Lubbock; sister Gail and Gary Gililland of Midland, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
