She was raised with one brother, Don, and one sister, Polly Ann.
The family later moved to Levelland, where Frances attended First United Methodist Church.
When Frances was 19, she moved to Abilene for the medical care she needed.
She enjoyed her church family , as well as her community activities.
Frances was a loving daughter and sister. Her greatest joy in life was her family.
She will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
Frances was preceded in death by her brother, Dr. Don Kennedy; and is survived by her sister, Polly Parmer and husband Jerold; sister-in-law, Jeanne Kennedy; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 3:30p.m. Friday, July 30, at Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock.
