She was preceded in death by her son Randall Kirk Baker. It was never meant to be that way but God makes no mistakes. Mom firmly believed in God, family and 4 legged critters. She retired from the City of Lubbock and volunteered at the Lubbock Animal Shelter for over 40 years. She was a member of the Milwaukee Ave Church of Christ.

A graveside service for Emma will be held Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Resthaven Memorial Park, 5740 19th St., Lubbock, Texas.
